It has been noted that Anne is a bright and intelligent teenager in the comedy. It’s obvious that she is affected by the orphanage incident that she suffered as a child. Rotten Tomatoes gave the first season a rating of 82 percent.

Netflix cancelled Anne With An E shortly after its third season premiered in November 2019. Many fans took to Twitter to ask that Netflix keep the show. The hashtag #renewannewithane generated over one million results.
Ryan Reynolds, Deadpool’s Canadian star, has joined the fight to save the show. Despite strong fan support, Netflix and CBC have not made any announcements or developments.
CBC reported before the release of the third season that Netflix had made it clear that the third season would not be released. The CEO of CBC also stated that the company will no longer be involved in any coproductions with Netflix.
Due to a drop in viewership, particularly among the 25-54 age group, the program was cancelled. Fans were curious as to how Netflix and the CBC keep track of their viewers’ ages. The dissolution of their partnership could lead to the cancellation of another season, with Netflix and CBC stating the program is not attracting enough viewers.
Walley-Beckett expressed her dismay at the cancellation of the show on social media. She also stated that she tried to find a new streaming service but was unsuccessful. She mentioned that she wanted to create a final feature film, which would have been the perfect ending to the series. However, she was unable.

Netflix will not release Season 4 of Anne with an E. After discussions between Netflix and CBC failed, the series was canceled. Fans have been divided since the news of the show’s return was announced.

Annie With An E 4 Plot
Matthew Cuthbert and Marilla Cuthbert, who remained together as they never got married, decided to adopt an orphan child in 1896 to help their farm in Green Gables near Toronto.
Matthew loves to travel to the railroad station to pick up the child with Anne Shirley, a 13 year old who is unique, intelligent, funny, and chatty.
Anne was a housekeeper before she was institutionalized when she was only a few months old, after her parents disappeared.
Marilla loses faith after a while in Anne, due to her reputation of being an anonymous teenager and the practical incapacity to do anything.
Marilla is suspicious of Anne when she can’t locate a brooch. The Cuthberts send her away to “return her” to the school.
Despite her return to the orphanage, she is afraid of entering due to the bullying she experienced there. She instead chooses to go to the teaching station.
