The Los Angeles County District Attorney said on Aug. 25 that Daniel Silva, 27, had been sentenced to “364 days in jail, five years of formal probation, 250 hours of community service, and a four-year suspended prison sentence.”
The prosecutor published the Ink Master actor for driving and crashing his McLaren sports car into a tree on May 10, killing Corey James Labarre.
According to Deputy District Attorney Yasmin Fardghassemi, Daniel accepted a “no contest plea last month to one felony count of gross vehicular manslaughter.”

An alumnus of Ink Master Daniel Silva, 26, was charged with murder on May 11 in Los Angeles after a drunk driving incident landed him in the hospital and killed his 25-year-old passenger.
According to an LAPD report acquired by HollywoodLife, Silva lost control of his 2020 McLaren 600LT at around 9:40 p.m. while driving at a “high rate of speed.”
The automobile veered off the road and slammed with a tree and a stop sign. Silva allegedly “exited the vehicle and attempted to flee the scene after the crash, but was stopped by citizens who came to provide aid.”
The incident classifies as a “DUI Fatal Traffic Collision,” yet there is no mention of alcohol intake in the report.

Silva made it to Ink Master after defeating tattoo artist Ryan Ashley Malarky on Ink Master: Angels.
