Annabelle Gaston, a woman who weighed in at 480 pounds, died from complications of oral sex. Her husband was Irwin Gaston. He died from cardiac arrest after which he was eventually declared dead.

The defendant’s head of Gaston was removed from his genitals just 17 minutes prior to the 911 call and 59 minutes later.

Gaston was also admitted to the hospital the following year, just a few weeks after they returned from their honeymoon. According to a court medical report, Gaston had “large quantities of fecal matter” in his lungs during an oral-anal relationship.
