Miami is full of food trucks. Although they may not be a common occurrence, they can be a great way to try new things. They can be found at your local bodega, in the city’s Zoo, or in many parks. Many of them have attached restaurants. Mojo Donuts and Fried chicken, for example, has both a truck as well as a restaurant.

Food trucks used to be restricted to the local area, but they are now everywhere. Some of the most prominent names in the industry are opening shops in more affluent areas. The food truck is now an integral part of Miami’s dining experience.
