After crashing his Subaru Impreza WRX while driving in the Oregon Trail Rally, Mark Lovell, a British rally driver, was killed. The crash instantly claimed the lives of Mr Lovell, and Roger Freeman, his co-driver. They had been driving together for over 20 years. Their team won the British Open Championships and the Irish Tarmac Championships,also participated in the Oregon Trail Sports Car Club of America ProRally.
