Lomon was born in Uzbekistan on November 11, 1999, to Koryo-saram parents. He and his family grew up in Russia before relocating to South Korea.
Park completed his secondary studies at Apgujeong High School in Seoul’s Gangnam District after finishing elementary school in South Korea.
He clarified the reason of his name in an interview, saying, “I don’t have a religion.” My father, according to what I’ve heard.

Lomon made his acting debut in 2014 with Bride of the Century and 4 Legendary Witches, two drama series.

Lomon appeared in the Chinese drama Lookism in 2019, after learning Mandarin for the part.
In 2022, he played as Lee Su-hyeok in the Netflix zombie-themed series All of Us Are Dead, marking his return to the small screen after two years.
