Unsettling evidence recently declassified from an FBI file has been recovered from the home of serial killer and cannibal Jeffrey Dahmer polaroids photos original, including power tools, human bones, and other horrific objects.
As reported by Lad Bible report in 1978-1991, Dahmer–also known as ‘the Milwaukee cannibal’–murdered 17 men and boys between 1978-91; he also took up to 84 polaroids of his victims as horrific’mementos’ of his crimes.
The file, which contains graphic evidence that the Milwaukee Police Department forwarded to the FBI crime lab in Quantico, Virginia for review, is an unsettling read.

One image depicted Jeremiah Weinberger, 23 – Dahmer’s fifteenth victim on July 5, 1991. Also visible in this picture were Dahmer’s right leg and foot. The other two photos provided to the FBI showed David Thomas (Dahmer’s eighth victim) and Ernest Miller (22 years old), his seventh victim.
To help identify the perpetrator and victims, the police department asked the FBI to look through these images. Furthermore, these pictures proved crucial in Dahmer’s eventual arrest after his despicable collection was discovered in his nightstand cabinet.
On July 22, 1991, police raided Dahmer’s apartment at 924 North 25th Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin after his final victim Tracy Edwards managed to escape while still wearing handcuffs on one wrist. According to The Los Angeles Times, the 32-year-old admitted to authorities that Dahmer had threatened him with a knife.

Oxygen reported that Dahmer’s open drawer contained 80 Polaroid pictures of victims who had been posed, undressed, and dismembered. Furthermore, when Dahmer tried to run, police wrestled him to the ground and handcuffed him, effectively ending his violent spree.
Other shocking items recovered from Dahmer’s apartment
Lad Bible reported that the 74-page report contained more than just these disturbing images. A number of tools, including saw blades, knives, a power drill, a hypodermic needle and pieces of skull with drill holes had also been discovered at Dahmer’s residence.
On August 12th, 1991, Police Chief Philip Arreola wrote to the FBI that eleven decapitated and dismembered victims had been discovered in Jeffrey Dahmer’s apartment.
Documents further noted that frozen organ samples, teeth, and other human remains found at Dahmer’s residence had been sent to a crime lab for analysis. Furthermore, fabric samples for his bed, sofa, and carpet were taken for review as well.
Police discovered acid barrels used by Dahmer to dismember his victims’ bodies, as well as a blood-soaked mattress and his tools – including a hammer – near where he would mutilate his victims, according to the report.
According to The Sun report, in his fantasies, Dahmer intended for his victims to become submissive and nearly braindead creatures that he could keep around his house.
Unfortunately, these plans never materialized as police discovered Dahmer was completely controlled by his sexual desires and required his victims “to do everything he needed”.
In 1992, Dahmer was given 16 consecutive life sentences and imprisoned at Wisconsin’s Columbia Correctional Institution. Two years later, fellow prisoner Christopher Scarver beat him to death with a metal rod.
