On May 11, Valve Corporation released a major patch for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive on Tuesday, much to the delight of players. This update contains numerous gameplay improvements and fixes to some longstanding issues within csgo patch notes.
The grenade use key issue has been resolved with the latest CSGO update.
The developers have also addressed a longstanding issue in the game that had been plaguing players: players used to drop both their weapon and grenade after getting killed, often at a close distance or up against each other. This caused frustration as the geometry of grenades often got in the way when trying to pick up dropped weapons. But this has now been rectified by developers.
Hostages no longer block flashes in CSGO.
Flashbang traces will no longer be obscured by hostages. Hostages were previously able to block the blinding effect of flashbangs when players attempted to hide behind them; this issue has now been rectified.

Gameplay Enhancements in csgo patch notes
When nearby dropped grenades are present, using the ‘Use’ key can increase weapon pickup accuracy.
Players now experience more reliable explosion and grenade damage when encountering small obstacles like stairs.
Players who begin the round with a taser instead of a pistol will no longer have their taser deleted. Furthermore, rechargeable tasers will now be charged at the beginning of each round.
Fixed an issue where drones piloted by Danger Zone players would experience self-destruct timer resets due to zone damage or repeated player input.
Patch Notes for CSGO Provide an Update on Sv_Pure Fix
Developers have added a setting called sv_pure_allow_loose_file_loads for game servers, which determines whether third-party files can be loaded by clients. Players still have the ability to have third-party files stored on disk; however, these won’t be considered when playing on pure game servers. If players have already loaded third-party files into game memory, their client must be restarted in order to connect to these pure servers.
Game servers now feature the sv_pure_allow_missing_files setting to control what happens to clients who load files that aren’t present on the server. Disabling this setting prevents connected players from loading third-party content into game memory, leading to their immediate expulsion from the server.
Addition of a message that will inform players which file had mismatched with the pure server configuration and caused a user disconnect.
