Asa Mitaka, a shy high school student, struggles to find a place in society. Asa accidentally kills Bucky, his class pet devil. He discovers Yoru, the War Devil, is in his body. He embarks on a terrible journey.
Asa accidentally sliced Yuko in half while on a mission. She loses her memories as a result. Yuka and Kouta become her living arrangements.
