According to reports, Jeffrey Epstein’s last cellmate died of coronavirus
Epstein Cell Mate : The coronavirus has claimed the life of the last man known to have shared a jail cell with the late Jeffrey Epstein.
Efrain Reyes, 51, was discovered dead in his mother’s apartment in New York City on Nov. 27, according to the New York Daily News.
“[Epstein] was a voracious reader who kept to himself. He wasn’t a troublemaker or overbearing.
He was a good cellmate, according to my uncle “Angelique Lopez, Reyes’ niece, told the newspaper.

Reyes was transferred to a private prison the day before Epstein hanged himself in August 2019 – and it was there that he contracted the coronavirus, according to the Daily News.
FBI agents questioned Reyes about what he had seen before Epstein died, according to the report.
“They wanted to know how Epstein was in the cell and if he seemed suicidal,” Lopez explained.
“They wanted to know if he had given any indication that he would. My uncle was willing to help.”
According to the Daily News, Reyes previously pled guilty to narcotics charges.
