Watermelon Sugar Meaning: Harry Styles has now revealed the true meaning of his song “Watermelon Sugar,” the female orgasm.

On Friday, Styles was onstage in Nashville, Tennessee, and he teased out the significance of the song, which was his first Hot 100 No. 1 solo single last year, before bursting into it.

As captured in a fan video uploaded on social media, Styles addressed the crowd, “This song is about — it doesn’t matter what it’s about.”

To applause from the audience, he continued, “It’s about — it’s about, uh, the sweetness of life.” “Sing it for me,” she says.

Before revealing himself, Styles had the audience sing the first lyric.

“It’s also about female orgasm,” Styles added, drawing further applause. “That, on the other hand, is a very different storey. It doesn’t matter.”

Fans and critics had long correctly deciphered the song’s meaning, which begins with the lyrics: “On a sunny evening, it tastes like strawberries.

And that sounds exactly like a song/I’m craving more berries and that summer vibe.

I don’t know if I could ever go without it because it’s so sweet and warm/ Breathe me in, breathes me out.”

The second single from Styles’ second album, Fine Line, is Watermelon Sugar.

Styles previously remained tight-lipped on the song’s meaning during an interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, who asked if it was about “the joys of mutually acknowledged oral pleasure.” In response, Styles stated, “Is that all there is to it? I’m not sure.”

This song is about…it doesn’t matter what it’s about,” Harry reportedly observed as he introduced “Watermelon Sugar.” It’s about, yeah, life’s sweetness.

He then began singing, only to stop and remark, “It’s also about female orgasm, but that’s a completely different storey.” It doesn’t matter.”
