South Beach Wine & Food Festival will celebrate food, music and fun this year. The four-day culinary celebration will be held February 24-27 and feature over 400 chefs, culinary personalities, as well as philanthropic initiatives. Guy Fieri is this year’s, big man!
He will be present with a special award and live auction conduct by a celebrity bidding expert. He will autograph autographs and take pictures with fans at the event. Guy’s Grocery Games, the star of his show has donated perishable food to those in need.

Miami is full of food trucks. Although they may not be a common occurrence, they can be a great way to try new things. They can be found at your local bodega, in the city’s Zoo, or in many parks. Many of them have attached restaurants. Mojo Donuts and Fried chicken, for example, has both a truck as well as a restaurant.
Food trucks used to be restrict to the local area, but they are now everywhere. Some of the most prominent names in the industry are opening shops in more affluent areas. The food truck is now an integral part of Miami’s dining experience.

Paula DaSilva, one of South Florida’s most renowned chefs, is a favourite. She is also a chef-de-cuisine at The Ritz-Carlton’s Burlock Coast Seafare & Spirits Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. She is also active in local community organizations and has won several awards.
She previously worked at the Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, Coconut Grove, Florida. She is most well-known for her farm-fresh, innovative dishes. Her passion for cooking earned her numerous accolades, including a place on Gold Coast magazine’s “40 Under 40” list.
DaSilva was invite by the James Beard House to showcase her innovative culinary skills. She returned to Miami to refine her skills at each station. She also worked in a garden at her home.

For decades, the South Beach Wine & Food Festival’s Moet Hennessy has hosted BBQ and Miami’s BBQ. Moet Hennessy will host a variety of events at the festival this year. This includes the Q, which features 40 of the most renowned chefs in the country.
Loews Miami Beach Hotel will host a special tribute to Marcus Samuelsson. Michael Symon will also host a Sports Illustrated 50th Anniversary issue celebration at Delano Hotel.
Terrace Grill
Paula DaSilva, a well-known South Florida chef, is one of her many talents. Her creative and farm-fresh recipes have earned her a lot of recognition. Her work in the community has won her many awards.
She started her career in Massachusetts as a chef in a family-owned restaurant. she moved to South Florida to attend the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. then work at 3030 Ocean, Harbor Beach Marriott. She was promote to executive chef after two years.
Mimi’s Cafe and Bistro concept
Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival has been a success. The most recent edition raised over a dozen million dollars for a worthy charity.
The three-day event is expect to attract upwards of ten thousand visitors. During the event, participants will be able to taste some of the most delicious and innovative culinary delights from the region.
Visitors will have the opportunity to taste and compare the wares of local and national chefs. They can also enjoy the finest of Southern Wine & Spirits of Florida.

The Yappie Hour with Lee’s Little Buddy Gus at South Beach Wine & Food Festival returns with more delicious treats and fun for dogs. This afternoon is full of games and fun for humans as well as dogs.
